Zingy chicken and lime slaw wraps

  • 2 tsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning mix
  • 2 Co-op British chicken breasts, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tbsp Co-op 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 50g Co-op British red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 50g Co-op British white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 25g Co-op British carrot, coarsely grated
  • 2 wholewheat tortilla wraps


  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Add the seasoning and chicken
  3. Stir to coat, add 2 tbsp water, then cover and cook on low for 30 mins, until tender
  4. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and lime juice and season to taste
  5. Stir in the red and white cabbage and the carrot
  6. Drain any liquid from the chicken, then use 2 forks to shred it
  7. Divide the meat and slaw between the wraps and roll up to serve
