We have matched our Co-op Member Prices on Co-op own brand products to Aldi prices on certain products. We match the prices of certain Co-op products against comparable products available at Aldi. Where Aldi does not stock exactly the same product as Co-op, we match to Aldi’s nearest comparable product that our research tells us serves the same customer need or purpose. This means that we may match different flavours of a certain product, or different variants of a product, where that product can easily be substituted by our customers. We may include variants of a product not sold in Aldi, where Aldi sell one variety and Co-op have a larger range or different variants. Where Aldi sell a product in a different pack size or weight, we match the price based on the size or weight of the product (e.g. per 100g) to ensure that the price is fairly matched. We do not match against any promotional prices in Aldi stores and/or online
Find the Aldi Price Matched products by looking for the Aldi Price Match badge instore and online. We check prices in Aldi twice a week. Following our price checks, we update prices each week. Aldi Price Matched items will be the same price as the prices available in Aldi at the time of checking.

What is the Co-op Member Aldi Price Match?
We have matched our Co-op Member Prices to Aldi prices on certain identical or similar comparable products.
What prices do we match?
We match the prices of certain Co-op products against comparable products available at Aldi. Where Aldi does not stock exactly the same product as Co-op, we match to Aldi’s nearest comparable product that our research tells us serves the same customer need or purpose. This means that we may match different flavours of a certain product, or different variants of a product, where that product can easily be substituted by our customers. We may include variants of a products not sold in Aldi where Aldi sell one variety and Co-op have a larger range or stock different variants. We always try to match prices of products that are of the same weight or size, for example a 500g pack of pasta with a 500g of pasta (even if the pasta is a different shape), so that you can be confident that the prices are matched fairly.
Where this is not possible, and Aldi only sell a product in a different size or weight pack, we calculate the price based on the product’s weight or size, so that you pay the same amount per 100g or litre.
This allows us to ensure that our Members can benefit from Co-op’s wide range of products, whilst still benefitting from the Aldi Price Match.
How do we match prices?
We check prices in Aldi stores twice a week. The stores we check are located in England, Wales and Scotland. We also check prices online.
Following our price checks, we update prices each week. Due to the way our systems work, these price changes will be seen in stores 2 weeks later. We will always include the date that prices were checked in these terms and conditions, to reflect the prices that are available in store.
Where can I buy Aldi Price Match products?
The products that we match prices on are available in our Co-op Group stores and online at shop.coop.co.uk .
The particular products available will vary, depending on the range of products usually stocked in that store or online. The full list of products that we price match is available here.
The matched price is only available to Members of Co-op Group. Membership costs £1, t&cs apply, see coop.co.uk/membership . for more details. Co-op Member Prices (and the Aldi Price Match) are not available in independent co-operative society stores, Co-op franchise stores, Nisa stores or other Co-op Partners.
