The offer
The free wills and estate planning review looks at your circumstances and goals for your will, estate, and later life planning.
An estate planning specialist will share helpful hints, tips, and things to consider. If they suggest any products or services, they will give you a fixed price so you can decide whether to go ahead. If you choose to proceed, you’ll need to pay for those products or services. Co-op Estate Planning carries out the review and may introduce you to Co-op Legal Services if legal documents need to be prepared.
Co-op Estate Planning and Co-op Legal Services is not responsible for:
- mistakes in documents made by another company
- issues caused if you do not share all relevant documents during the review
Services provided by Co-op Legal Services benefit from additional protections including the Legal Ombudsman service to address any complaint you may have about the legal services, compulsory professional indemnity insurance, and cover from the SRA Compensation Fund in respect of those services. By contrast, you will not be entitled to benefit from these protections in relation to services provided by Co-op Estate Planning.
