Helping people when they need it is important to us at Co-op Insurance. Please contact us if you need extra support for your insurance policy or quote.
It could be for numerous reasons, but some examples are listed below
- if there has been a bereavement, we will do what we can to help you through this difficult time
- for products where we accept monthly payments, if you are having trouble paying tell us as soon as possible to see if we can help
- if you need us to explain any words or phrases you do not understand
- if you'd like your documents in another format such as large print, braille (where available), or email
