If you include or add family legal expenses to your policy, you will be covered for up to £50,000 in legal expenses per year.
Family legal expenses insurance may cover
- personal injury
- clinical negligence
- employment disputes
- claims relating to your home, such a neighbour disputes.
Claims dated before the start of the policy are not covered. Claims will only be accepted if there is a reasonable chance of success.
