Co-op Funeralcare, Ashtead
56 The Street, Ashtead, KT21 1AZ
Our funeral home in Ashtead has been serving the local community since 2016. During that time, we've come to know and love our local area well. We cover areas throughout Ashtead, including Leatherhead, Fetcham, Bookham and Dorking. We're here to give you a friendly, reliable and sensitively planned funeral service at your time of need.
Our team are good listeners, and that's the first thing we will do when we talk with you. That way we can help you arrange the funeral that feels right. We have longstanding relationships with local crematoriums and churches like St Giles's, St Michael's and North East Surrey and Randalls Park crematoriums. We also know many of the local religious leaders and some wonderful funeral celebrants.

We work closely with North East Surrey Crematorium and Randalls Park Crematorium, both of which offer calm, well-maintained settings for a cremation service. On the day, our team will guide your family every step of the way, from the moment we arrive with your loved one through to the close of the service, so you can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
We are here around the clock, so you can call us at any hour and our team will talk you through everything calmly and without any rush. Once you are ready, we can arrange to collect your loved one and bring them into our care at our Ashtead funeral home, and we will help you understand the paperwork, such as registering the death at the local register office, in the days that follow.
We have experience arranging both Catholic and Church of England funerals, and our team can help co-ordinate with local churches such as St Giles's in Ashtead or St Michael's in Leatherhead to plan a service that reflects your loved one's faith. If your family has specific traditions or wishes, whether a Requiem Mass or a more traditional Anglican service, we will work carefully to honour those.
Our Ashtead funeral home has a chapel of rest where family members are welcome to spend quiet, private time with their loved one before the funeral. We have on-site parking and full wheelchair access, so visiting is straightforward for everyone in the family, and our team will always be on hand to offer support during your visit.
Yes, absolutely, our Ashtead funeral home on The Street serves families across Fetcham, Leatherhead, Bookham, Dorking, and Chessington, as well as Ashtead itself. Whatever your location, our team will come to you, and distance is never a barrier to the care and support we provide.
