On the day of the service, our team will guide your family through everything so there are no surprises. We can hold the service at our own on-site service room on Paisley Road, which seats up to 30 people, or at a local church such as Bourock Parish Church or St Thomas' Roman Catholic Church before we accompany your loved one to the crematorium. We take care of all the practical arrangements so your family can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
We have longstanding relationships with local churches of many denominations, including St John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, St Thomas' Roman Catholic Church, and Neilston and Bourock Church of Scotland, so we are well placed to arrange a service that reflects your faith. If your family follows a different tradition or would prefer a non-religious farewell, our team is equally experienced in arranging humanist and civil ceremonies.
You can call our Barrhead funeral home on Paisley Road at any time, day or night, and someone from our team will answer and talk you through the next steps calmly and without pressure. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care as soon as it is needed, and we will help you understand what paperwork is required and when. There is no rush to make any decisions straightaway — our team will be with you at every stage.
