Our team is available around the clock, and when you ring we will talk you through everything calmly, including bringing your loved one into our care from their home, a care home, or hospital in the Birchington or Margate area. Yes, we work regularly with All Saints Church in Birchington and can liaise with the clergy on your behalf to arrange a religious service that reflects your loved one's faith and wishes. Whatever your beliefs, our role is simply to listen and make sure the day feels true to the person who died.
There is a paid car park close to our funeral home on Station Road, along with street parking nearby, so you should be able to find somewhere without too much difficulty. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor, which means there are no stairs to manage when you come in to sit down with us. We do want to be upfront that the building does not currently have step-free wheelchair access, so please do call ahead if you have any concerns and we will do our best to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
We work with Thanet Crematorium and Herne Bay Crematorium, and our team will help you decide which feels right for your family. On the day, we will lead the procession from wherever the service begins, whether that is All Saints Church in Birchington or another venue, and guide you through every moment so you never have to wonder what comes next. We take care of all the arrangements with the crematorium directly, so you can focus on being present with the people who matter.
