There is street parking nearby as well as a paid car park close by, so getting to us should be straightforward. Our arrangement room seats up to five people, giving your family a quiet, private space to talk through everything at your own pace.
We regularly support families from a wide range of communities, including African, Afro-Caribbean, Catholic, Church of England, Muslim, and Sikh backgrounds, so whatever traditions matter to your family, we will do our best to honour them. Our team based on Downham Way has built real relationships with these communities over the years and understands that the details, from timing and dress to the order of the service, can be deeply important. Please speak with us and we will listen carefully to what you need.
We work with several crematoriums depending on your location and preferences, including Lewisham Crematorium, Eltham Crematorium, Bluebell Hill Crematorium, and Kemnal Park Crematorium. On the day, our team will lead the procession from wherever you are gathering, accompany the coffin into the service, and remain with your family throughout to make sure everything runs as it should. We are happy to talk you through what to expect at any of these crematoriums so the day holds no surprises.
