We serve families across Broxbourne and the surrounding communities, including Hoddesdon, Ware, Hertford and Cheshunt. Our team knows these areas well and we're here to support local families during difficult times. Whether you're arranging a funeral from home or need to visit us on the High Road, we make ourselves accessible to everyone we serve.
We work with several crematoriums in the area, including Woollensbrook, Enfield, Parndon Wood and GreenAcres Epping. Each venue has its own character and facilities, and we can talk you through the differences to help you choose what feels right for your family. Our team will coordinate everything with the crematorium you select, from booking the time to arranging any music or readings you'd like included.
Yes, we arrange both religious and non-religious ceremonies depending on what your family prefers. We work regularly with local churches including St Augustine's Church of England in Broxbourne, St Augustine's Roman Catholic in Hoddesdon, and St Lawrence's in Wormley. For families who'd prefer a non-religious service, we can arrange a celebration of life at the crematorium or another venue that holds meaning for you.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest here at our High Road branch where you can visit your loved one in peaceful, private surroundings. Many families find it helps to spend a little time together before the funeral day itself. Our team will arrange visiting times that work for you and your family, and you're welcome to bring flowers, photographs or anything else that feels meaningful.
Yes, we can. Our team is available around the clock, so whether day or night, we can bring your loved one into our care from hospital, a care home or their own home. When you call us, we'll talk you through what happens next and handle everything with sensitivity and professionalism. There's no rush to make big decisions immediately, our priority in those early hours is simply to ensure your loved one is looked after with dignity, and to give you the space and time you need.
