Yes, we work closely with West Suffolk Crematorium and can arrange the full service there if that's what your family would like. We'll coordinate the timing, help you choose music and readings, and make sure everyone knows when and where to arrive. If you'd prefer a service at a church or another venue first, we can arrange that too, with the committal following at the crematorium.
Absolutely. We arrange Christian and Roman Catholic funerals regularly, working with local churches and clergy to create a service that honours your loved one's faith and your family's wishes. We'll liaise with the priest or minister, help you choose hymns and readings, and coordinate everything on the day. If your family has a particular church in mind, we'll work with them to make it happen.
The first step is simply to give us a call at our Woolhall Street office, and we'll guide you through everything from that very first conversation. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care, talk through your initial ideas for the funeral, and answer any questions you have. Many families are doing this for the first time, so we'll take things at your pace and explain each step as we go.
Yes, we have a peaceful chapel of rest here at our Woolhall Street branch where you're welcome to spend time with your loved one before the funeral. Visiting can be an important part of saying goodbye, and we'll arrange a time that works for you and your family. There's no rush, and our team will make sure you have the privacy and support you need during your visit.
We serve families across Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding communities, including Sudbury, Great Barton, Stanton and Stowupland. Our team are locals ourselves, so we know this area well and understand the churches, venues and routes that matter to families here. Whether you're in the town centre or one of the villages nearby, we're here to help arrange everything with care.
