We will arrange to bring your loved one into our care, whether that is from a home in Bontnewydd, a hospital, or anywhere else in the areas we serve, and we will take care of all the practical steps so your family does not have to. When you are ready, we will invite you to meet with us at our arrangement room on South Road in Caernarfon, where we can sit down together and begin planning a service that truly reflects the person who died.
We have eight on-site parking spaces at our funeral home on South Road, and there is also street parking nearby as well as paid car parks within easy reach if you need more space. The building is wheelchair accessible and our arrangement room is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to navigate when you come to meet with us. We want every family member to feel comfortable and welcome when they visit us, and our team will always do whatever we can to accommodate any particular needs you have.

We use Bangor Crematorium for cremation services, and our team will guide your family through every part of the day so nothing feels unfamiliar or daunting. On the day, we will organise and lead the procession to the crematorium, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with the dignity your loved one deserves. If you have wishes around music, readings, or who leads the service, we will make sure those are all arranged in advance so you can focus entirely on being together as a family.
