We have a great deal of experience arranging services at local venues including Rochester Cathedral, Our Lady of Gillingham, and St Mary Magdalene, as well as secular and non-religious services if that better reflects the person who died. Whatever your family's wishes, faith background, or personal beliefs, our team will work with you to create a service that feels right and truly honouring of your loved one.
Our funeral home on High Street has three on-site parking spaces, and you can also park directly outside or use the street parking nearby, making it as straightforward as possible to reach us. The arrangement room is on the ground floor and the building has wheelchair access, so we can welcome all members of a family comfortably when you come to make arrangements.
Yes, our Chatham funeral home on High Street serves families across Rainham, Gillingham, Walderslade, Strood, and the wider Chatham area. Wherever you are in the Medway towns, our team is here to support you and can come to you when you need us most.
You can call us at any time, day or night, and our team will come to you wherever the person has died, whether that is at home, in hospital, or in a care setting in Chatham or the surrounding area. Once we have brought them into our care, we will walk you through the paperwork and next steps at a pace that suits you, so you never feel alone in those early hours.
We work with Medway Crematorium, Garden of England Crematorium, and Thames View Crematorium, and our team will help you choose the right one for your family. On the day, we will guide the procession from our funeral home on High Street and stay with you throughout, making sure everything runs with care and dignity from arrival to the final farewell.
