What matters most to us is that the service reflects the person who died and means something to the people who loved them.
You can call our Hoole funeral home at any time, day or night, and our team will be there to help you, including collecting your loved one into our care. We know the first hours can feel overwhelming, so we will talk you through everything calmly and patiently, from the initial paperwork to arranging a time to sit down together in our arrangement room on Hoole Road and plan the funeral properly.
There is street parking close to our Hoole Road funeral home, as well as paid car parks nearby if you prefer a more straightforward option. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and the building is fully wheelchair accessible, with an accessible toilet available, so please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit easier.
