Our funeral home on Newbold Road has a peaceful chapel of rest where you can spend time with your loved one in private, and our team has built relationships with local churches, crematoriums and communities across Inkersall, Staveley and beyond. We work with both Chesterfield and District Crematorium and Amber Valley Crematorium, and we'll help you choose the most appropriate option for your family. Our team will coordinate all the arrangements with the crematorium, including timing, music and any specific requests you have. We'll be there on the day to guide you through what happens, and we'll make sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on saying goodbye to your loved one.
The first step is simply to give us a call, and we'll talk you through everything that needs to happen next. If your loved one has passed away at home, we'll come to bring them into our care when you're ready. If they've died in hospital or a care home, we'll liaise with the staff there and arrange collection. Once they're with us at our Newbold Road funeral home, you can visit them in our chapel of rest whenever you'd like, and we'll begin making the funeral arrangements at a pace that suits you.
