Nothing is too much trouble, and we will work with any minister, celebrant, or community leader you choose.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest at our funeral home on Chatsworth Road, where you are welcome to spend time with your father before the funeral takes place. Our team will make sure the chapel is prepared thoughtfully and that you feel supported during your visit. Please note that the funeral home does not currently have step-free wheelchair access, but if you have any specific requirements or concerns, do speak to us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your family.
Our funeral home on Chatsworth Road serves families across a wide area, including Hackney, Homerton, and Bow, as well as Clapton itself. We have been part of this community since 1980, so our team knows the local area well and can support you wherever you are based nearby. If you are unsure whether we cover your street or neighbourhood, please do get in touch and we will be happy to help.
We are available to take your call at any time, day or night, and our team can arrange for your mother to be brought into our care as soon as you are ready. There is no need to have everything decided before you contact us, as we will guide you gently through each step, including any paperwork that needs to be completed. Our arrangement room on Chatsworth Road is on the ground floor and comfortably fits up to four people, so the whole immediate family can sit together when the time comes to make plans.
We work with City of London Crematorium and Manor Park Crematorium, both of which are accessible from Clapton and familiar to our team. On the day, we will arrange and lead the procession, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment we leave for the crematorium to the conclusion of the service. Our team will be with your family every step of the way, so you can focus on saying goodbye rather than managing logistics.
