We regularly arrange both Church of England and Roman Catholic funerals for families throughout the Filey area and beyond. Our team has longstanding relationships with local clergy and will liaise directly with your chosen church on your behalf, taking that burden from your family at such a difficult time. If you have a particular church in mind, whether in Filey itself or further afield towards Scarborough or Bridlington, we will do everything we can to accommodate your wishes.
Depending on your family's wishes and circumstances, we work with Scarborough Woodlands Crematorium, East Riding Crematorium at Octon, or Kirkleatham Crematorium. On the day, our team will guide the procession from Filey and stay with your family throughout the service, ensuring everything runs as you have planned. We will talk you through each of these options during your arrangement meeting so you can choose the setting that feels right.
Reaching out to us is something you can do at any time, day or night, and we will talk you through everything calmly and without any pressure. Our team can arrange to bring your loved one into our care from home, a hospital, or a care setting such as Columbus Ravine Care Centre in Scarborough. We will also help you understand the paperwork and registrations that need to happen, so nothing feels overwhelming in those early hours.
