Yes, our Langlands Road funeral home is here to help families across Ibrox and the surrounding areas, so you are absolutely in the right place. We also serve Tradeston, Shieldhall, Linthouse, Cessnock, Craigton, Hurlet, and Linn, meaning our team is never far away when you need us most. Please do get in touch and we will take care of everything from there.
Our Govan funeral home on Langlands Road is available to take your call at any time of day or night, so you never have to face those first difficult hours without support. We can come and bring your loved one into our care as soon as you are ready, and our team will walk you through any immediate paperwork and next steps at a pace that feels right for your family. There is nothing you need to have arranged before you call us — just reach out and we will handle everything from that point.
We have long-standing relationships with several local churches, including Govan Church of Scotland, St Constantine's RC, and St Anthony's RC, so arranging a religious funeral service is something our team does regularly and with great care. Whether your family follows a particular faith tradition or you would simply like elements of a religious service incorporated, we will work with the clergy and venues you feel most comfortable with. Our role is to make sure the service truly reflects your loved one's life and beliefs.
On the day of a cremation service, our team will collect your loved one from wherever they are resting and bring them to the chosen venue before travelling in procession to the crematorium. Families often hold their service at one of the local churches we work closely with, such as Govan Church of Scotland or St Anthony's RC on Govan Road, before the cremation takes place. We will guide you through every part of the day so that you can focus entirely on saying goodbye, and we are happy to discuss timings and what to expect in as much detail as you need.
Our funeral home is on Langlands Road in Govan, which is well served by local bus routes and within easy reach of Ibrox Stadium, making it a straightforward landmark to navigate by if you are unfamiliar with the area. There is some on-street parking nearby as well as a payable car park close by, though please note the car park has a two-hour limit, so it is worth bearing that in mind if you are coming in for an arrangement meeting. Our ground-floor arrangement room is fully wheelchair accessible, and we have an accessible toilet on site, so please let us know of any access needs when you call and we will make sure everything is ready for you.
