Questions and answers

Yes, our team is available twenty-four hours a day, every single day of the year. Whether it's the middle of the night or a bank holiday, you can call us and speak to someone who will listen, guide you through what needs to happen next, and arrange to bring your loved one into our care. There's no need to wait until morning or worry about calling at an inconvenient time, we're here whenever you need us, and we'll take things at whatever pace feels right for you.

We work with both Falkirk Crematorium and Stirling Crematorium, depending on your family's preference and what feels right for your loved one. Our team will arrange everything with the crematorium directly, including timings and any specific requests you have. We'll talk you through what happens on the day so there are no surprises, and we'll be there with you throughout the service.

Yes, we have a peaceful chapel of rest at our Grangemouth branch where you're welcome to spend time with your loved one. Families tell us this can be an important part of saying goodbye. Our team will arrange visits at times that suit you, and there's no rush, you can take all the time you need. We've been described as patient and compassionate, and we mean that especially during these private moments.

We serve families across Grangemouth, Bo'ness, Kincardine, Polmont and Larbert. Our branch on Bo'ness Road has been part of the local community since the 1990s, and we know these areas well. Whether you're arranging a funeral close to home or need our support across the wider region, our team is here to help your family through every step.

Absolutely. We arrange services at Christian churches and Roman Catholic churches across the Grangemouth area, and we're equally experienced in creating meaningful non-religious ceremonies. Many families also choose to hold the service in our own on-site chapel, which offers a peaceful setting whatever your beliefs. We'll work with your celebrant or clergy to make sure every detail reflects your loved one's life and values.
