We can absolutely arrange a church service before the committal at either Kirkleatham or Teesside Crematorium, or a service entirely at the crematorium chapel if that suits your family better. Many of the families we serve in Guisborough and Great Ayton choose a church service followed by cremation, and we work with local churches across the area. We'll help you plan whichever type of service feels most meaningful, religious or non-religious.
Yes, absolutely. We're proud to serve families right across this part of North Yorkshire and Teesside, and Nunthorpe is very much part of our area. Our team has been looking after families in Guisborough, Nunthorpe, Great Ayton, Boosbeck and Lingdale since 2000, so we know these communities well. Whether you'd prefer to meet us at our Park Lane funeral home or we can visit you at home in Nunthorpe, we're here to help.
Yes, our telephone line is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When someone dies, whether it's the middle of the night or a bank holiday, you can call us and speak to a member of our team who will listen, answer your questions, and arrange to bring your loved one into our care. There's no pressure to make big decisions immediately, we'll guide you through what needs to happen straightaway and what can wait until you've had time to think and gather family together.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest here on Park Lane where you're welcome to spend time with your loved one in peaceful, private surroundings. Families often find these visits really helpful, whether it's to say a personal goodbye or simply to sit quietly for a while. Our team will arrange visiting times that suit you, and we'll make sure everything is handled with the patience and compassion our clients have come to expect from us since we opened in 2000.
Yes, we work closely with both Kirkleatham Crematorium and Teesside Crematorium, and we can help you choose which feels most appropriate for your family. We'll explain the differences between the two venues, book the time and date that suits you, and coordinate everything on the day so the service runs smoothly. Our team will be with you throughout to make sure all the practical details are taken care of.
