The first step is to give us a call, and we'll talk you through everything gently and clearly. If your loved one has died at home, we'll arrange to bring them into our care as soon as you're ready. If they've passed away in hospital or a care home, we'll liaise directly with the staff there and make sure everything is handled with care and dignity from the very beginning.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest here at our Dale Hall Lane branch where you're welcome to spend time with your loved one. Absolutely, we arrange funerals that reflect what your loved one believed in and how they lived their life. Our team have experience with all kinds of funeral services across Ipswich and the wider area, and we'll support you in making it meaningful.
We work closely with both Ipswich Crematorium and Seven Hills Crematorium, and we'll help you choose the one that feels right for your family. Both venues offer peaceful settings for saying goodbye, and our team will guide you through what to expect on the day. We'll handle all the arrangements with the crematorium directly, so you can focus on being with the people who matter most.
