There is a car park directly at Greenways Shopping Centre, and you can park there free of charge for up to two hours, which is usually more than enough time for an arrangement meeting with our team. It is worth knowing the car park can get busy at peak times, so if you have a scheduled appointment it may be worth arriving a little early to allow yourself time to find a space. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and is fully wheelchair accessible, with an accessible toilet available on site.

The service itself usually lasts around 20 to 30 minutes and can include music, readings, and tributes that reflect your loved one's life. Afterwards, families can choose to receive the ashes, and our team will talk you through all of these options calmly and clearly before the day arrives.
