We have on-site parking on Weeland Road as well as street parking close by, and the funeral home is fully accessible at ground level with a wheelchair-accessible toilet, so families of all needs can visit us comfortably. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and can welcome up to eight people, meaning those closest to the person who died can sit together and make arrangements without anyone feeling rushed or left outside.
We have supported families at services held at St Botolph's Church, St Andrew's Church, Brotherton Church, Kellington Church, Knottingley Methodist Church, and Knottingley Catholic Church, and we work with celebrants and ministers of all kinds. Whether your family wants a traditional religious service, a civil ceremony, or something entirely personal and non-religious, our team will help you shape something that truly reflects the person who died.
Our Knottingley funeral home on Weeland Road is here whenever you need us, and reaching out to our team is something you can do at any hour — you do not need to wait until the morning or until everything feels settled. We can talk you through bringing your loved one into our care, explain what paperwork will be needed in the days ahead, and make sure your family is never left wondering what to do next.
Yes, our team on Weeland Road serves families across Ferrybridge, Knottingley, Beal, Kellington, Eggborough, and Brotherton, so wherever you are in the area, we can be with you. We understand that when someone has died, the last thing you need is uncertainty about whether help is available, and we want you to know we are here for your family.
We work with Pontefract Crematorium, Wakefield Crematorium, Babworth Crematorium, and Lawnswood Crematorium, and our team will help you choose whichever feels right for your family and the journey involved. On the day, we will take care of every detail of the procession and ensure your family is guided gently through the service, so you can focus entirely on saying goodbye to the person who has died.
