You’ll need to pay 50% of the funeral cost within 2 days of making the arrangements and the rest after the funeral has taken place.

You can pay in full, spread the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs or monthly instalments over 2–25 years (2-5 years for Direct Cremation). There's an additional instalment charge when paying over 2-25 years and age restrictions apply.

We have a dedicated arrangement room on the ground floor of our Lancing funeral home on South Street, with comfortable seating for up to six people, so the whole immediate family can be together when discussing plans. The room is fully accessible by wheelchair, and we also have an accessible toilet on site, so please don't hesitate to let us know of any needs before you visit.
Yes, we regularly help families arrange services at local churches including St James the Less in North Lancing, St Michael's Church in South Lancing, and Holy Family RC Church. You don't need to have everything figured out straight away, and our team is here to help you through those first difficult hours. Once you're ready to call us, we can arrange for your loved one to be brought into our care, including from Worthing Hospital or a private address, and we'll talk you through any paperwork at a pace that suits you.
We work with several crematoriums depending on your family's wishes and location, including Worthing Crematorium, Downs Crematorium, Woodvale, and Surrey and Sussex Crematorium. On the day, our team will guide the procession and stay with you throughout, so you're never left wondering what comes next or where you need to be.
