You’ll need to pay 50% of the funeral cost within 2 days of making the arrangements and the rest after the funeral has taken place.

You can pay in full, spread the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs or monthly instalments over 2–25 years (2-5 years for Direct Cremation). There's an additional instalment charge when paying over 2-25 years and age restrictions apply.

We work with Oakley Wood Crematorium for cremation services, a well-regarded facility that provides a peaceful and dignified setting for families to say goodbye. On the day, our team will guide you through every moment - from the arrival of the procession to the service itself - so you can focus entirely on being with the people who matter most. We will make sure you understand what to expect at each stage, and we are always on hand to answer any questions beforehand.
There is free street parking available for up to two hours directly outside our funeral home on Russell Terrace, and there is also a free car park nearby for those who need a little longer. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor, which makes visiting us straightforward for family members who find stairs difficult, and we also have an accessible toilet on site.
