We regularly work with local churches to arrange religious funerals, including St Mary's Church, St Patrick's Church, and St James Church, so we already have strong relationships with faith communities in the area. Whether your family follows a specific faith tradition or you would prefer a non-religious or celebrant-led service, our team will make sure the arrangements honour what your loved one believed. We are here to support whatever feels right for your family.
Our team is available to help you from the very first moment, and you do not need to have everything figured out before you call us. Once we hear from you, we can arrange for your father to be brought into our care, including from homes across Harehills, Osmondthorpe, and the surrounding Leeds area. From there, we will sit down with you in our arrangement room on York Road and talk through paperwork, choices, and timescales at a pace that suits your family.
We work with Cottingley Crematorium and Lawnswood Crematorium, both of which are well-established venues that offer a calm and dignified setting for the service. On the day, our team will guide your family through every detail — from the arrival of the cortège to the committal — so that nothing feels uncertain or rushed. We will liaise directly with the crematorium on your behalf to make sure everything reflects your wishes.
We are here for families across Seacroft, Osmondthorpe, Harehills, Cross Gates, and the wider Leeds area, so wherever you are, our team is within reach. We have been caring for local families from our York Road funeral home since 1980, and that long-standing presence means we understand what matters most to the communities we serve. Please do get in touch and we will come to you.
Roadside parking is available at the side of the building on York Road, so you will not need to worry about finding somewhere to leave your car when you visit us. Our funeral home is fully accessible at ground level, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, an accessible toilet, and a ground-floor arrangement room that comfortably seats up to six people. There is also a hallway with sofas where additional family members can wait, which many families find helpful during what can be a long and emotional visit.
