Absolutely — we support families of all backgrounds and beliefs, whether you are looking for a traditional religious service, a fully secular humanist ceremony, or something in between. Our team will listen carefully to what matters to your family and help you shape a farewell that feels right, with no assumptions made about faith or tradition. Families from across Hertfordshire, including those in Shenley and The Camp, regularly come to us for services tailored entirely around their wishes.
On the day of a cremation, our team will bring your loved one to the crematorium at the arranged time, and we will guide your family through every moment so nothing feels uncertain. You can choose music, readings, or a celebrant or officiant to lead the service, and there is time set aside for family and friends to gather and say farewell properly. We can discuss all of these details with you in our arrangement room on the High Street in London Colney, so that the day truly reflects the person who died.
Please do not feel you need to have everything worked out before you call us — our team at London Colney is available to talk at any hour, and we can arrange to bring your father into our care as soon as you are ready. We will walk you through the necessary paperwork and registrations step by step, so nothing feels overwhelming. Families from Sopwell to Harwood Park have trusted us since 2010, and we will be with you from this first phone call right the way through.
