Our Marsh Road team has experience supporting families from African, Afro-Caribbean, Catholic, Church of England, and Travelling community backgrounds, and we understand how important it is to honour the traditions that matter most to your family. Whether that means working with a specific church such as Holy Ghost or Leagrave Baptist, accommodating particular cultural or religious customs, or simply following your family's own wishes, we will listen carefully and arrange everything accordingly. Every family is different, and we are here to make sure your loved one's funeral truly reflects who they were.
On the day of a cremation service, our team will bring your loved one to the service venue — such as Limbury Baptist or St Hugh's — before accompanying the family to the crematorium. We will guide you through every moment, from the arrival of the cortège to the committal, so you always know what to expect and never feel alone. The timings will be agreed in advance and we will make sure everything runs with care and dignity, giving your family the time and space to say a proper goodbye.
There is limited paid parking at the rear of our Marsh Road building, and additional paid parking in a nearby car park, with street parking also available close by. Our funeral home is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ground floor arrangement room and an accessible toilet, so families do not need to worry about mobility when visiting us. Our arrangement room comfortably seats up to four people, and our team will always make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
When you are ready, call us at our Marsh Road funeral home and our team will talk you through everything — we are available around the clock, day or night. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care at a time that suits your family, and we will help you understand any paperwork that needs to be completed, including the death certificate and registration, which you can do at Luton Register Office. You do not need to have any decisions made before you call us; our first priority is simply to support you and make sure your loved one is safe in our hands.
Yes, our Marsh Road funeral home serves families across Marsh Farm, as well as Leagrave, Bury Park, Biscot, Sundon, Luton Vale, Oakfield Gardens, and further afield into Bedford. Wherever you are in the surrounding area, our team will come to you and take care of everything from the very beginning. Please do not hesitate to get in touch — we are here for your family whenever you need us.
