Our funeral home on Northdown Road serves families across a wide area of the Thanet coast, including Cliftonville, Broadstairs, and Ramsgate. Whether you are closer to the seafront in Broadstairs or further along the coast, our team can come to you and guide you through every arrangement at a pace that suits your family.
We are experienced in arranging funerals that reflect all kinds of beliefs, from traditional religious services to fully secular, humanist, or personalised celebrations of a life. Whatever matters most to your family, whether that is a particular reading, a meaningful piece of music, or a service shaped around a loved one's own values, our team at our Margate funeral home will make sure their wishes are honoured.
There is payable parking directly on Northdown Road, and if you would prefer not to pay, free parking is available on the local side roads nearby. Our funeral home is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ground-floor arrangement room and an accessible toilet, so every member of your family is able to be with you when you come to make arrangements.
When someone dies, you do not need to do everything at once, and our team on Northdown Road is available to take your call and talk you through what needs to happen. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care in Cliftonville, and once you are ready, we will sit down with you in our ground-floor arrangement room to work through the paperwork and planning together, at whatever pace feels right.
We work with Thanet Crematorium and Herne Bay Crematorium, and our team will help you decide which feels right for your family. On the day, we will organise the procession and ensure everything runs smoothly, from the moment we leave Northdown Road to the committal, so your family can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
