Our funeral home is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ground-floor arrangement room and an accessible toilet, so every member of your family is able to be with you when you come to make arrangements.
When someone dies, you do not need to do everything at once, and our team on Northdown Road is available to take your call and talk you through what needs to happen. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care in Cliftonville, and once you are ready, we will sit down with you in our ground-floor arrangement room to work through the paperwork and planning together, at whatever pace feels right.
We work with Thanet Crematorium and Herne Bay Crematorium, and our team will help you decide which feels right for your family. On the day, we will organise the procession and ensure everything runs smoothly, from the moment we leave Northdown Road to the committal, so your family can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
