Yes, our team on High Street is very much here for families in Wallyford, as well as Whitecraig and Musselburgh itself. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, day or night.
When you're ready, our team at the Musselburgh funeral home on High Street is available around the clock, so you don't need to wait until morning to call us. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care from their home, a hospital, or a care home, and we'll talk you through any paperwork — such as registering the death at East Lothian Council — when you feel able. There's no pressure to make every decision immediately; we'll take things at whatever pace suits your family.
Absolutely — we arrange all kinds of services, whether that's a traditional religious ceremony, a fully secular celebration of life, or something in between. Our team at the High Street funeral home will take time to understand what feels right for your family and help you shape a service that genuinely reflects the person who died. There are no fixed templates, and every detail can be personalised to suit your wishes.
We use Seafield Crematorium and East Lothian Crematorium, depending on your family's wishes and circumstances. On the day, our team will travel with your loved one and ensure everything is arranged just as you've requested, from the order of service to any music or readings. We'll guide your family through every detail beforehand so there are no surprises and you can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
