Yes, our New Malden funeral home on High Street is here for families across Worcester Park, Morden, Wimbledon, Kingston, Surbiton, and the surrounding areas. We know this part of Surrey and south-west London well, and whether you are close by or a little further out, our team will come to you. You only need to make one call and we will take care of everything from there.
Our funeral home on High Street in New Malden is fully accessible, with a ground floor arrangement room, wheelchair access throughout, and an accessible toilet, so everyone in your family can be comfortable during your visit. There is no dedicated car park attached to the funeral home, but families are welcome to use the nearby Lidl and Marks and Spencer car parks, which are just a short walk away. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know when you call and we will do everything we can to help.
We have experience supporting families from a wide range of faith backgrounds, including Catholic, Buddhist, and Church of England communities. We work closely with local venues such as Sacred Heart Church and All Saints Church, and we are equally at home arranging a service that follows specific religious traditions or one that is entirely non-religious. Whatever matters to your family, we will listen carefully and make sure the service reflects the person who died.
You can call us at any time, day or night, and one of our team will answer, because we know that losing someone does not wait for office hours. We can arrange to bring the person who has died into our care, and once that is done, we will agree a time to sit down with you, at our arrangement room on High Street in New Malden, to begin planning things at your own pace. We will also help you understand the paperwork and registration process, so nothing feels overwhelming.
We work with several crematoriums that serve families in this area, including North East Surrey Crematorium, Kingston Crematorium, South London Crematorium, and Mortlake Crematorium. On the day, our team will guide the procession from the agreed meeting point and stay with your family throughout, so you are never left unsure of what happens next. We can talk you through what each crematorium involves during your arrangement meeting, so you feel fully prepared.
