We serve families across New Milton and the surrounding communities, including Lymington, Sway, Highcliffe and Hordle. Our team knows the local area well, and we're here to support you whether you're arranging a funeral close to home in New Milton or in one of the nearby villages. We've been part of this community since the 1980s, and we understand the places and people that matter to families here.
We work primarily with New Forest Crematorium and Test Valley, both of which offer peaceful settings for funeral services. On the day, we'll guide your family through every step, from arriving at the crematorium to the service itself and any commitments you'd like to include. Our team will coordinate all the details with the crematorium staff, so you can focus on being with family and saying goodbye in the way that feels right.
The first step is to call us, and we'll talk you through everything from there. If your loved one has passed away at home, we'll arrange for them to be brought into our care. If they're in hospital, we'll liaise with the staff to collect them. Once they're with us at our chapel of rest on Station Road, we can sit down together to discuss your wishes and start planning the funeral at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Yes, we arrange funerals that reflect your family's beliefs and values, whether that's a traditional church service, a non-religious ceremony, or something more personal. We work closely with local venues like St Mary Magdalene, All Saints Church Milford and Barton on Sea Methodist, and we can also arrange secular services at the crematorium or another meaningful location. Our priority is making sure the service honours your loved one in the way your family wants.
Yes, we have a chapel of rest here on Station Road where you're welcome to spend time with your loved one in a peaceful, private setting. Visiting can be an important part of saying goodbye, and our team will arrange times that suit your family. We'll make sure everything is prepared with care and dignity, so you can have those final moments together without feeling rushed.
