We're a funeral home in the heart of New Romney, serving the communities of Hythe, Folkestone and Ashford since 2016. Our clients describe us as "patient, kind, and compassionate". These are words we live by every day as we strive to give everyone who comes to us the best experience possible when arranging a funeral.
If you need to arrange a religious or non-religious funeral or one that simply reflects someone's culture or beliefs, we can help you. We know all the local churches, places of worship and crematoriums, including St Nicholas Church and Charing, Barham and Hawkinge crematoriums. We can also help you find a friendly funeral celebrant or religious leader to take the service.

All funeral directors are legally required to publish price lists for their products and services. This is to help you understand your options and compare prices between different funeral directors, because prices can vary.
You’ll need to pay 50% of the funeral cost within 2 days of making the arrangements and the rest after the funeral has taken place.
How to pay
We accept cash, credit or debit card as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay payments.
If you have an invoice, you can pay for the funeral online.

You can pay in full, spread the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs or monthly instalments over 2–25 years (2-5 years for Direct Cremation). There's an additional instalment charge when paying over 2-25 years and age restrictions apply.
Co-op Funeral Plans Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to sell and manage funeral plans.

We understand that parking can feel like an added worry at an already difficult time, so we want to reassure you that there is both street parking on High Street, available for up to two hours, and a payable car park close by. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and the funeral home is fully wheelchair accessible, with an accessible toilet on site, so please let us know in advance if anyone in your family has any particular needs and we will make sure everything is ready for you.
