On the day of the cremation, our team will bring your loved one from Dumbarton Road to the crematorium and manage every detail of the journey so your family can focus on being together. The service itself usually lasts around 30 to 45 minutes and can include music, readings, and tributes chosen entirely by you. Afterwards, we will talk you through your options for the ashes and help you decide what feels most meaningful.
When you are ready, call us and our team will talk you through everything calmly — there is no need to feel rushed. Once your loved one is with us, we will sit down with you in our arrangement room on Dumbarton Road and guide you through the practical steps, including registering the death, at a pace that suits your family.
