Yes, we're available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Whether someone has died at home, in hospital or in a care home, our team can come and bring them into our care whenever you're ready. There's no rush, we know this is a difficult time and we'll work around what feels right for you and your family. Just call us when you need us and we'll take care of everything.
Absolutely. We regularly arrange services at St Clements Church Parkstone, St Aldhelms Church Branksome and St Marys Catholic Church Poole, and we work with many other local churches and places of worship too. Whether you'd like a traditional religious service, a non-religious ceremony, or something that blends both, we'll guide you through the options and liaise with the clergy or celebrant on your behalf. Our experience means we can accommodate all faiths and personal preferences.
We work closely with Poole Crematorium, Bournemouth Crematorium and New Forest Crematorium, and we can help you choose the one that feels right for your family. Each has its own character and facilities, and we'll talk you through what to expect at each venue, including timings, how many people they can accommodate, and what happens on the day. Our team will handle all the arrangements and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Yes, absolutely. Our Parkstone funeral home on Ringwood Road serves families across Canford Heath, as well as Parkstone, Oakdale and Alderney. We've been part of this community since the 1980s and we're here to support local families wherever they are. If you'd like to talk things through, our team is available 24 hours a day.
Yes, we do. Our chapel of rest at the Parkstone funeral home provides a peaceful, private space where you can spend time with your loved one if you wish. Many families find this an important part of saying goodbye, and you're welcome to visit by appointment at a time that suits you. Our team will make sure everything is arranged sensitively and that you have all the time and privacy you need.
