Yes, our team at A. H. Griffin on Lower Blandford Road covers Corfe Mullen as well as the surrounding areas of Broadstone, Wimborne, Canford Heath, Upton, and Blandford. Wherever your family is based, we can come to you and handle every detail from the moment you get in touch. Please do not hesitate to call us, day or night.
Absolutely, we work regularly with St John's in Broadstone as well as St Anthony's RC and St Michael's in Colehill, so whether you are looking for a Church of England service, a Roman Catholic service, or something from another faith tradition entirely, we can help you arrange it. We are equally experienced in non-religious and humanist services, and our team will take the time to understand what matters most to your family. Every service we arrange is shaped around the person who has died and the people who loved them.
Our funeral home on Lower Blandford Road is fully accessible, with a ground floor arrangement room, wheelchair access throughout, and an accessible toilet on site. There is one dedicated disabled parking bay directly opposite the funeral home, and a further four disabled bays in the pay and display car park behind the M&S Foodhall, which is just across the road. Additional parking is available in the small car park behind the funeral home, which uses the JustPark app for payment, and there is also street parking nearby for family members travelling from further afield, such as Canford Heath or Upton.
Our team at A. H. Griffin is available around the clock, so you can call us at any time, even in the middle of the night, and we will guide you calmly through what needs to happen next. We can arrange to collect the person who has died from their home, a hospital, or a care home in the Broadstone and Wimborne area, and bring them into our care straight away. Once they are with us, there is no rush, and we will sit down with you in our arrangement room on Lower Blandford Road to talk through paperwork, timings, and all your options at whatever pace suits you.
We work with Poole Crematorium, Bournemouth Crematorium, and the New Forest Crematorium, and we will help you choose the one that best suits your family's wishes and circumstances. On the day, our team will lead the procession to the crematorium and stay with you throughout, making sure everything runs smoothly and at a pace that feels right. We take care of all the coordination with the crematorium in advance so your family can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
