Tegid O Jones Funeralcare, Prestatyn
232-234 High Street, Prestatyn, LL19 9BP
We're a funeral home in the heart of Prestatyn, serving the communities of Holywell, Ffynnongroyw, Mostyn and Penyffordd since 1950. Our clients describe us as "patient, kind, and compassionate". These are words we live by every day as we strive to give everyone who comes to us the best experience possible when arranging a funeral.
We will be led by you in making the funeral arrangements. We will listen as you tell us about who they were and what feels right for them. Then we will use our established relationships with local places of worship and crematoriums in the area, like Christ Church, All Saints Church and St Bridget's to create the funeral that feels right.
We will give you a warm welcome, a cup of tea and the confidence that any funeral you arrange with us will be the best it can be. Call us or come to our funeral home on High Street.

Yes, our team at Tegid O Jones covers Holywell and the surrounding communities, including Ffynnongroyw, Mostyn, Pen Y Ffordd and Dyserth, as well as Prestatyn itself. We have been serving families across this part of North Wales since 1950, so wherever you are in the area, we are here to help you every step of the way.
You can call us at any time, day or night, and we will come to you, whether that is at home, at a hospital or anywhere else in the Prestatyn area. Once your loved one is in our care, we will guide you gently through the paperwork and next steps, and there is no pressure to make any decisions before you are ready.
We have experience arranging funerals for a wide range of faiths and beliefs, including Catholic services at Prestatyn Catholic Church, Humanist celebrations for those who prefer a non-religious farewell, and services for Jehovah's Witness families. Whatever matters most to you, our team will work closely with you to make sure the service truly reflects the person who has died and the values they held.
We work with Denbighshire, Flintshire and Colwyn Bay crematoriums, and our team will help you choose the one that best suits your family's wishes and circumstances. On the day, we will lead the procession from wherever your family gathers, accompany you throughout the service, and ensure everything runs as smoothly and peacefully as possible so you can focus entirely on saying goodbye.
