We will talk you through exactly what to expect at whichever crematorium you choose, so nothing comes as a surprise.
When you are ready, you can call our team at Browns on Woodplumpton Road at any time - day or night - and we will come to wherever your loved one has died, whether that is at home, in a Preston hospital, or a care home nearby. We will bring them into our care and help you understand the practical steps around registration and paperwork, taking as much of the weight off your shoulders as we can. There is no need to have any decisions made before you call us; our team is here to guide you through things gently, at your own pace.
We have an on-site car park with five spaces, including a designated disabled parking bay, and there is also street parking available nearby on Woodplumpton Road for larger gatherings. Our funeral home is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ground floor arrangement room and an accessible toilet, so every member of your family can be with you when you come to make the arrangements. We want visiting us to feel as straightforward and comfortable as possible during what is already a difficult time.
