You do not need to travel far to find support - we know this area well and are always available when you need us.
We have experience supporting Catholic, Sikh and broader Christian communities, and we will always take the time to understand what matters most to your family. For Catholic families, we work closely with churches including Our Lady of Peace and St John Bosco, ensuring every rite and tradition is observed with the respect it deserves. Whether your faith has specific requirements around timings, prayers or cultural customs, our team on Wokingham Road will make sure nothing is overlooked.
Our funeral home on Wokingham Road has its own free car park with space for four cars, and there is also street parking nearby for larger gatherings. The building is fully wheelchair accessible with a ground floor arrangement room and an accessible toilet, so every family member can be comfortable during what can be a difficult visit. If you have any specific access needs or are unsure about anything before you arrive, please do call us and we will do everything we can to make your visit as easy as possible.
Whenever you are ready, our team at the Earley funeral home on Wokingham Road is available to talk - day or night - so please do not feel you have to manage alone. We can arrange for your loved one to be brought into our care from your home, a care facility or a hospital such as the Royal Berkshire, and we will explain every step of the paperwork as gently as we can. There is no pressure to make any decisions immediately; we will move at your pace and make sure you feel supported from the very first call.
We work with Reading Crematorium, Easthampstead Park Crematorium and West Berkshire Crematorium, and our team will help you choose the one that feels right for your family. On the day, our funeral directors will guide the procession from your chosen starting point, whether that is your home, our funeral home on Wokingham Road or a local church such as Earley St Peter's. We take care of every arrangement so that your family can focus entirely on being together and saying goodbye in the way that feels most meaningful.
