Yes, we're available twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. If someone dies at night or over a weekend, you can call us straight away and a member of our team will answer. We'll talk you through what needs to happen, arrange to collect your loved one when you're ready, and take care of all the immediate details so you don't have to worry. You're never alone in this, no matter what time you reach out.
We do have our own service chapel here on Church Road, which means you can hold the funeral service with us before going on to South Bristol or Westerleigh Crematorium if you wish. Some families prefer this because it feels more personal and intimate, and you have more flexibility with timings. We also have a peaceful chapel of rest where you're welcome to spend time with your loved one in private, and our team will make those arrangements whenever you're ready.
We arrange services at both South Bristol Crematorium and Westerleigh Crematorium, and we'll help you choose the right one for your family. Our team will coordinate all the timings, liaise with the crematorium staff, and make sure you know what to expect on the day. We can also arrange for family flowers, music and any personal touches you'd like to include during the service.
We arrange funerals for all faiths and none, and we work closely with local places of worship including St Patrick's Catholic Church, St Ambrose Church of England and the Gurdwara Sikh Temple. Our team understands the specific traditions and requirements for different religious services, and we'll liaise directly with your priest, minister or granthi to make sure everything is arranged respectfully and correctly. If you'd prefer a non-religious celebration, we can arrange that too, either at a crematorium or in our own chapel here on Church Road.
