You’ll need to pay 50% of the funeral cost within 2 days of making the arrangements and the rest after the funeral has taken place.

You can pay in full, spread the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs or monthly instalments over 2–25 years (2-5 years for Direct Cremation). There's an additional instalment charge when paying over 2-25 years and age restrictions apply.

On the day of a cremation, our team will bring your loved one to the chosen venue — such as St Saviour's in Retford — before the cortège travels to the crematorium, where a service typically lasts around 20 to 30 minutes. We will guide your family through every part of the day so you know what to expect, and we are on hand throughout to make sure everything runs as you have planned.
When you are ready, call us and our team will talk you through everything, including collecting your loved one into our care from home, a hospital, or a care home in the Retford area. We are available to take that first call at any time, and from there we will arrange a time to sit down with you in one of our arrangement rooms on Spa Common to begin planning at whatever pace feels right for your family.
We work closely with St Joseph's and All Hallows and can make all the arrangements directly with the church on your family's behalf. Whether you are planning a Catholic Mass, a Church of England service, or a non-religious ceremony at another local venue, our team will coordinate everything so you do not have to worry about the details.
Our funeral home on Spa Common has two on-site parking spaces, and if those are taken there is a paid car park a short walk away on Arlington Way. The building is on the ground floor, fully wheelchair accessible, and has an accessible toilet, so families with mobility needs can feel comfortable visiting us.
