You’ll need to pay 50% of the funeral cost within 2 days of making the arrangements and the rest after the funeral has taken place.

We accept cash, credit or debit card as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay payments.
If you have an invoice, you can pay for the funeral online.

You can pay in full, spread the cost over 6 or 12 months with no additional costs or monthly instalments over 2–25 years (2-5 years for Direct Cremation). There's an additional instalment charge when paying over 2-25 years and age restrictions apply.
Co-op Funeral Plans Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to sell and manage funeral plans.

Our funeral home is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ground floor arrangement room and an accessible toilet, so everyone in your family can join us comfortably. If you have any specific access needs before your visit, just let us know and we will make sure everything is ready for you.
When you are ready to call us, our team is here to help you, day or night, and we can come to collect your loved one from wherever they have died, whether that is at home, in a care setting, or elsewhere in the Romford area. We will take care of everything from that first collection onwards, and there is no pressure to make any further decisions until you feel ready. On the day, we arrange the procession and accompany your loved one throughout, so you can focus entirely on being together as a family rather than worrying about logistics. We are happy to talk you through exactly what to expect at either crematorium before the day arrives.
