The arrangement room is on the ground floor and we have full wheelchair access throughout, as well as an accessible toilet. If you have any specific access needs, please do let us know when you call and we'll make sure everything is ready for your visit.
On the day of a cremation service, our team will bring your loved one's coffin to the chosen venue — such as St Edmund's Church in Sedgefield — before accompanying the procession to the crematorium. The service itself typically lasts around 30 to 45 minutes and can include music, readings, or tributes that reflect who your loved one was. We'll walk you through every moment beforehand so your family knows exactly what to expect and can simply focus on saying goodbye.
