Yes, our Tadley funeral home serves Baughurst and the surrounding villages, as well as Burghfield, Mortimer, Basingstoke, and Tadley itself. Wherever you are in the area, our team will come to you and support your family every step of the way. Distance is never a barrier to the care we provide.
We understand that how someone is remembered matters deeply, and we are experienced in arranging funerals that reflect a wide range of faiths, beliefs, and personal wishes, whether that is a traditional religious service, a humanist celebration, or something entirely unique to the person who died. Our team will listen carefully to what is most important to your family and make sure every detail is handled with respect and care. We are here to guide you, not to lead you towards a one-size-fits-all approach.
You can call us at any time, day or night, and we will be ready to help, our Tadley funeral home offers a 24-hour service so your family is never left without support. When you are ready, we can arrange for the person who died to be brought into our care, and we will talk you through the paperwork, including registering the death at the local register office in Basingstoke. There is no need to have everything figured out before you call us; we will take things one step at a time alongside you.
We work closely with West Berkshire Crematorium and Basingstoke Crematorium, and our team will help you choose whichever feels right for your family. On the day, we handle all the arrangements so you can focus entirely on being together and honouring the person who died. From the moment we arrive to accompany the funeral cortège to the time the service concludes, we are with you throughout.
Our Tadley funeral home has a chapel of rest where you and your family can visit in private and spend quiet, unhurried time with the person who died. We opened in 2006 and have been caring for families across Tadley and the wider area ever since, so we understand how important these moments are. Our funeral home on Bishopswood Road also has on-site parking and is fully wheelchair accessible, so everyone in the family can attend without difficulty.
