Please do not hesitate to call us, even in the middle of the night, because we are here around the clock and can talk you through everything at your own pace. Once we have spoken, we can arrange to bring your loved one into our care and help you understand what paperwork and registrations will need to follow in the coming days. You should not feel rushed or alone in any of this, our team at our Broad Street funeral home will take it one step at a time with you.
There is a paid car park nearby as well as street parking, and you can also park in the Tesco opposite our funeral home on Broad Street, paying by cash or using the RingGo app. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and the building has full wheelchair access and an accessible toilet, so please do let us know if anyone in your family has particular needs and we will make sure everything is ready. We want your visit to feel as comfortable and unhurried as possible.
We work with four crematoriums depending on your family's wishes and practical needs, Kingston, South West Middlesex, Mortlake and North East Surrey. On the day, our team will guide the procession and be with you throughout, so you can focus on being present with your family rather than worrying about the arrangements. We will talk you through which crematorium feels right for your situation when we meet.
We have strong working relationships with a number of local churches, including St Alban's Church in Teddington and St Mary with St Alban Church, as well as All Saints Church in Kingston upon Thames and St James's Church in Hampton Hill. Whether your family wants a traditional religious service, a non-religious gathering, or something that reflects a particular cultural tradition, we will help you shape a funeral that feels right. Our team will liaise directly with the church or venue on your behalf.
