We have longstanding relationships with a number of local churches, including Holy Cross, St Peter's Church, The Church of Our Lady & St Columba, and St Bernadette's Church, and we are experienced in arranging services that reflect your family's faith. Whether you follow a particular tradition or simply want elements of faith woven into the occasion, our team will work closely with you and the officiating minister to create something meaningful. We want the service to feel true to the person who died and to the community they were part of.
You can call us at any time, day or night, and our team will guide you calmly through what needs to happen. Once you are ready, we can arrange for the person who died to be brought into our care from anywhere across the Wallsend area, including Walker and Howden, so there is no pressure to act before you feel prepared. We will also talk you through the paperwork, registering the death and obtaining the necessary certificates, so nothing feels overwhelming in those first difficult hours.
Yes, our team covers Willington Quay as well as the surrounding areas of Walkergate, Walker, Howden, and Wallsend itself. Wherever you are across these communities, we can come to you and support your family through every step of the process. You never need to travel far to reach us, and we are always at the end of the phone when you need us most.
Our funeral home on High Street West has a chapel of rest where family and friends are welcome to spend quiet, private time with the person who died. We have on-site parking available, so you do not need to worry about finding a space when you visit, and the building is fully wheelchair accessible. Our team has been serving the Wallsend community since 1990, and we are proud to offer a space that feels calm, welcoming, and free from any sense of rush.
We work closely with Tynemouth, West Road, and Whitley Bay crematoriums, and our team will help you choose the one that feels right for your family. On the day itself, we take care of every detail, from the journey from High Street West to your arrival at the crematorium, so that you can focus entirely on being together. Our funeral directors will be with you throughout, ensuring everything runs with care and dignity.
