Yes, our Walworth Road funeral home is here for families across Bermondsey, as well as Walworth, Elephant and Castle, Rotherhithe, Pimlico, and Camberwell. Wherever you are in the area, our team will come to you and support you every step of the way. You never need to worry about whether you are too far, simply call us and we will take care of everything.
Our team at Walworth Road is available around the clock, so whenever you need us, day or night, you can call and we will be there. One of the most important early steps is registering the death, which must be done within five days in England, and we can walk you through exactly what paperwork and documents you will need. We can also arrange for your loved one to be brought into our care at any time, so you do not have to face those first difficult hours alone.
We are experienced in arranging funerals across a wide range of faiths and traditions, and we work closely with local places of worship to honour those beliefs with care and respect. For families in Walworth and the surrounding area, we regularly liaise with St George's Cathedral, St Peter's Church, St Wilfrid's Church, and Baptist Church East Street. Whether your family's needs are rooted in faith, entirely non-religious, or somewhere in between, we will work with you to create a service that feels right.
We work with Honor Oak Crematorium, a peaceful and well-regarded crematorium that our team knows well. On the day, we will guide your family through every moment, from the arrival of the cortège to the committal, ensuring everything reflects your loved one's wishes. Our team will be by your side throughout, so you can focus on being present with those who matter most.
