Yes, our chapel of rest on the High Street provides a quiet, private space where you and your family can visit and spend time with the person who has died at a pace that suits you. Our funeral home is fully wheelchair accessible, so everyone who needs to visit can do so comfortably. If you are travelling by car, there is parking available at the nearby Sainsbury's for up to two hours, which is a short walk from our door.
Our team is available around the clock, so please do not hesitate to call us at any hour, day or night, and we will talk you through everything calmly and gently. We can arrange to bring your loved one into our care from their home, a hospital, or a care facility in West Wickham or the surrounding area, and we will explain the paperwork, including the medical certificate and death registration, as we go. You do not need to have any decisions made before you call; we are simply here to help you take one step at a time.
We are here to arrange a funeral that truly reflects who your loved one was, whether that means a traditional religious service, a secular celebration of life, or something shaped by a particular cultural background. Our team will listen carefully to what matters most to your family and work with the right celebrant, officiant, or faith leader to bring that vision to life. We want the funeral to feel personal and meaningful, whatever form that takes.
Not at all. Our West Wickham funeral home serves families across a wide area, including Biggin Hill, Beckenham, Croydon, and Bromley, as well as the local West Wickham community. Whatever your location, our team will come to you and make sure every arrangement is handled with care and without unnecessary travel stress for your family.
We work closely with Bluebell Crematorium, Beckenham Crematorium, and Croydon Crematorium, and our team will help you choose the one that feels right for your family. On the day itself, we will guide you through every moment, from the arrival of the cortège to the service itself, so that you can focus entirely on being together and honouring the person who has died.
