Absolutely. We regularly arrange services at churches across Weymouth and the surrounding villages, including Our Lady Star of the Sea, Holy Trinity church Weymouth and St Mary's Chickerell. Whether you'd like a traditional religious service, a simple blessing or something more personal, we'll work closely with you and the clergy to create a funeral that honours your loved one's faith and values. We can also arrange non-religious services at the crematorium or another venue that feels meaningful to your family.
We've been serving families in Weymouth since the 1990s, so we've built up decades of local knowledge and strong relationships with churches, crematoriums and communities right across the area. That experience means we can offer practical, down-to-earth guidance to help you arrange a funeral that truly reflects your loved one. Whether you're in Weymouth itself or one of the nearby coastal villages like Portland or Chickerell, our team understands what matters to families here.
Yes, we're available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When you call us, we'll arrange to bring your loved one into our care as soon as you're ready, whether that's from hospital, a care home or their own home. Our team will handle everything sensitively and professionally, and we'll talk you through what happens next at a pace that feels right for you.
Yes, absolutely. Our Abbotsbury Road funeral home serves Portland along with the surrounding areas including Chickerell, Abbotsbury and Sutton Poyntz. We've been part of the local community since the 1990s and we know these areas well, so whether you're arranging a funeral in Portland itself or nearby, our team is here to guide you through every step with care and understanding.
We most commonly work with Weymouth Crematorium, which is local and familiar to many families in the area. We also arrange services at Poole Crematorium, Yeovil Crematorium and New Forest Crematorium, depending on your family's preferences or where your loved one lived. Our team will talk you through the options, explain what's involved on the day, and make sure everything runs smoothly whichever crematorium you choose.
