We're a funeral home in the heart of Heswall, serving the communities of Irby, Pensby, Barnston and Brimstage since 1970. Our clients describe us as "patient, kind, and compassionate". These are words we live by every day as we strive to give everyone who comes to us the best experience possible when arranging a funeral.

Yes, our Heswall funeral home on Pensby Road serves families across a wide area of the Wirral, including Parkgate, Neston, Thornton Hough, Thurstaston and West Kirby, as well as the communities closer to us in Irby, Pensby, Barnston and Brimstage. Wherever you are in the area, our team will come to you and guide you through everything at your own pace.
We are available to take your call at any time, and one of the first things we can do is arrange for your loved one to be brought into our care from their home, a hospital, or a care setting in or around Heswall. Our team will talk you through the paperwork and the next steps gently and without any rush, because families who come to us often tell us they value how patient and unhurried we are.
We have been supporting families in Heswall and the surrounding communities since 1970, and over those decades we have helped arrange funerals that honour many different faiths, beliefs and cultural traditions. Whether your family follows a particular religion, prefers a secular humanist service, or would like a blend of both, our team will listen carefully and make sure the service is a true reflection of the person who has died.
We have two on-site parking spaces directly at our funeral home on Pensby Road, and we also have a car park on Grange Mount with additional street parking nearby, so you should not struggle to find somewhere to stop. Our arrangement room is on the ground floor and the building is fully wheelchair accessible, meaning families of all needs can visit us comfortably when making arrangements.
We work closely with two crematoriums, Landican Cemetery and Crematorium and Blacon Crematorium in Chester, and we will help you choose whichever feels right for your family. On the day, our team will lead the procession and stay with you throughout, making sure every detail, from the timing of the service to the music chosen, reflects the person who has died.
